Attention of the Chief Engineer, Krishna Delta System, Vijayawada is

invited to the references cited and he is requested to furnish/clarify the following for
further examination ..

i. To furnish the justification for change of location of SLB at km 63.00 on Ogeru

vagu to SLB at km 16.00 on Kuppaganjivagu in the scope of the Agreement as
there is need to construct a bridge at km 63.00 on Ogeru vagu. Further, SLB
at Km.16.00 on Kuppaganjivagu from Lingamguntla to Pothavaram was
deleted in the year 2013 under “Modernization of Major and Medium drains in
Nallamada drainage basin beyond NH5 road” under Package
No.34/DR/KDS/G/2008-09. Hence furnish the justification for taking up the
already deleted work.
ii. To furnish the clear justification for proposing the Double lane bridge in place
of sanctioned Single lane bridge at km 63.00 on Ogeru vagu, keeping in view
of existing norms in R&B Department for designing the width of roads.
iii. To clarify whether the distance between the existing bridge and proposed
bridge is more than 3 Km or not as per G.O.Ms.No.367, I&CAD (PW-COD)
