Subscribing to a Visa Secure Test Tool (VSTT)

This Quick Reference Guide (QRG) describes how clients can access Visa Secure Services to purchase a
subscription for a Visa Secure Test Tools (VSTT).

 Client’s system must support EMV 3DS 2.1 or EMV 3DS 2.2.
Prerequisites
 Client’s system must have successfully completed Visa’s EMV 3DS certification testing.
 Client’s system must be connected to the target DS environment that they want to
conduct VSTT testing.
 ACS clients using VSTT Merchant must configure their account ranges by uploading the
test account numbers to the DS environment where VSTT testing is to occur.

Paying for a For Clients logging into VOL/VSS using a Visa Business ID, items purchased in the

Getting Access
Clients with VOL user IDs associated with a Visa BID can use their Visa Online (VOL)
login IDs to request access to Visa Secure Services.
1. Select “Request/Edit” under “My Services” on the Visa Online homepage after
logging in.
2. Visa Secure Services is listed under “Working with Visa”. Select “Request Service”
link and follow instructions when you find “Visa Secure Services”.

Clients who have a Visa Business ID (BID) but do not have a VOL login ID can request
a VOL login ID.
1. Click the “Enroll Today!” button on the Visa Online login page. Following the
instructions. The client will need to know their Visa BID to process this request.
2. Once they receive their VOL login ID and password, select “Request/Edit”
under “My Services” on the Visa Online homepage after logging in.
3. Visa Secure Services is listed under “Working with Visa”. Select “Request
Service” link and follow instructions when you find “Visa Secure Services”.

Clients who are not eligible to receive a Visa BID but have EMVCo approved EMV
3DS software can request assignment of a Unique Visa Online ID (UVID)
1. A review and approval process is required.
2. UVID users do not have access to VOL. Visa Secure Services is the UVID user’s
home page.
3. The Visa Secure UVID Request Form can be found in the 3DS Library, Filter By
“Forms”.
