There won’t be any warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error free and that the
timelines or accuracy of data provided by the Services will be accurate at all time.

There won’t be any warranties that your vehicle will not be lost or stolen, recovered if lost or
stolen, or protected of any damage of any kind.
A Fee should be paid for the services provided to you by us. Fee depends of the plan you choose.
The payment should be transferred to our bank account, or paid in person at our office.

We do not provide any refunds of unused services even if you've paid for.

The services are not for reselling. They are for your own reasonable end use consistent with your
service plan, and for lawful purposes only.
If your account becomes unused for more than 3 months, it will be suspended. To re-activate
your account a fee of Nafl. 25,- should be paid.
To request a prepaid plan use the following methods:

1. Go to www.abctrack.net click to Pre-paid and follow the procedures.

2. Send us the proof of payment to whatsapp (+59996753000 ) or E-mail

3. Your plan will be activated as soon as possible within 24 business hours.

We are not responsible if there is an issue with the services provided by the cellular
telecommunications carrier.

You agree to identify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, demands, actions,
causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of our services.
