Dear Holand Bakery,

On may 16th I ordered cookies at Holand Bakery with my order number 12345.
When opening the parcel received this morning I found that the date of this cookies had
already expired. I must express my disappointment to you for not being careful in packing. For
that I send this cookies back to you and hope to recieve compensation in the form of fresh
baked cookies and shipping costs.
I hope you can investigate this problem so that there are no more negligence when packing
goods so that there are no more disappointment from other costumers. Hopefully to get a
replay from you soon.
