and its affiliated organization, the Society of Radiologic Technology Students. We would like to express
our sincere apologies for the tardiness of this request due to the delayed submission of the renewal of
necessary documents. We understand the importance of adhering to deadlines and assure you that we will
make every effort to prevent such delays in the future.
We are writing to kindly request your permission to conduct our general orientation on August 26,
2023, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The orientation is a critical event for both new and returning students,
providing essential information about our program, department, and opportunities for engagement within
the field of radiologic technology.
Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that the purpose of the orientation would be
compromised if it were to be held after the preliminary exams. Conducting the orientation before the
preliminary exams will enable us to effectively convey important information, provide a comprehensive
overview of the program, and instill a sense of enthusiasm and preparedness among our members.
