How to take homeopathic remedies marked as C or X:

Do not touch the small pills with the hand as in doing so you might wipe away the remedy.
The remedy is only lightly coating the pill.

Put one pill under the tongue and wait until dissolved.

If taking remedies in liquid form put __ drops under the tongue.

Stop taking the remedy if you feel improvement (to avoid overstimulating the body).
Stop taking the remedy if you feel discomfort from the remedy. Once you stop the remedy
the discomfort will go away in a short while, without causing further troubles.
