Stitch marker
In crochet, a stitch marker is a
mnemonic device used to distinguish
important locations on a work in
progress.
Scissors
Scissors are hand-operated shearing
tools. A pair of scissors consists of a
pair of metal blades pivoted so that the
sharpened edges slide against each
other when the handles opposite to the
pivot are closed.
Yarn
Yarn is a long continuous length of
interlocked fibers, used in sewing,
crocheting, knitting, weaving,
embroidery, ropemaking, and the
production of textiles.
Measuring tape
A tape measure or measuring tape is a
flexible ruler used to measure length or
distance. It consists of a ribbon of cloth,
plastic, fiber glass, or metal strip with
linear measurement markings. It is a
common measuring tool.
Knitting needle
A knitting needle or knitting pin is a tool
in hand-knitting to produce knitted
fabrics. They generally have a long shaft
and taper at their end, but they are not
nearly as sharp as sewing needles.
Their purpose is two-fold.
Tapestry needle
A tapestry needle is a blunt end needle
used to weave in the ends of your
finished project and sew up the finished
pieces of fabric.
