Abstract: This paper includes a negative influence on a person’s individuality and
how contributes to the development of the individual’s identity in society. In this day
and age, the world around us has a huge impact on people as individuals.
Therefore, most people find it difficult to express their uniqueness in society. This
paper finds out the reasons for the effects of the negative influence of society and its
factors. It also finds out the impact of creative thinking and the manifestation of
creativity in society and how it can counteract the negative influence from the
outside.
It includes conclusions about the literature related to critical thinking and social
studies read below. It gives concrete examples to prove this or that position.

Keywords: creative thinking, creative potential, influence, factors, possibilities,

negative influence, problem-solving.

People with developed creative thinking are characterized by versatility and a rich
variety of decisions, In unconventional thinking, they are characterized by ideas
prevailing wide coloring (Khodjiev R.B., Norboeva D.O). The very uniqueness of
developed creative thinking, namely solutions to several problems, and effective
development of ideas - is highly valued among employers and companies hiring
people. The ability to think "outside the box" is becoming one of the major soft skills
that a large number of institutions around the world are looking at. A creative person
has a uniform worldview different from others, he is never afraid to express it in
appropriate conversations with people, knows how to teach himself in society as a
literate individual, with whom it is always possible to have an interesting and easy
conversation. Creative skills help to improve and simplify lifestyle. (2). When we do
not realize the simplicity of the solution to the problem, we become paralyzed when
we try to solve it. And it seems as if there is only one solution for a particular problem
that is difficult to find. Then creatively developed people break this barrier and try to
move forward. However, over time it has been observed that the number of people
with predominant creative qualities is significantly decreasing. Mainly because of the
rules that have been set, people have stopped showing themselves as individuals in
society. A. Maslow defined creativity as one of the important traits of the personality
of the most actualizing person, this trait is often lost under the influence of the
environment. (2) A child who has been surrounded since childhood by only one
group of society - parents, in the first when they get to another environment, for
example, in school (considering schools in Kazakhstan), begins to learn new ways of
communicating with their peers, finds similar interests and friends, the child develops
in a completely new environment. What’s wrong with that? It is necessary that
children can be realized in society and develop their individuality. At first, school
gives children to develop as a person, but whether you have the desire or not, still
under the influence of the environment there is a negative influence, sooner or later
the person unconsciously agrees with the opinion of others, accepts the behavior of
the group. Teachers begin to teach their students discipline and order, without
noticing that they are slowly becoming like their classmates under pressure from
society.

Pirin habits, manner of communication, solidarity with public opinion - it all harms the
individuality of the person in society, which subsequently carries passive behavior
and an attempt to try on the masks of other personalities. In adulthood, all creative
ideas are rejected, which is why creative thinking is stagnant, without any attempt to
develop, a human loses his identity. Nowadays, it often happens that in the circle of
communication, people can consciously adopt a different identity, the reason is low
self-esteem and self-confidence as a person. They start to follow people they think
are so much better at, mimicking the behavior of an individual. In an attempt to be on
par with this human, the result of this experiment is to lose one’s self.

Nevertheless, it is necessary to note that society will somehow carry its influence
factor. Besides, there’s no way to undo it. However, countering this problem by
training yourself is very possible. A person has every right to be independent and to
have freedom of speech. Despite the influence of the social environment on the
destruction of human individuality, the development of creativity and the
manifestation of one’s personality in society will be an obstacle to external pressure.
As mentioned earlier, such people can express original views, differ in their
worldviews, and defend their borders, which allows them to be realized in society as
unique individuals. For example, let’s give a concrete example: a person with a
developed creative potential tends to stand out among the crowd with the help of
clothing, picked up, colorful and stylish images that describe their manifestation in
society and the uniqueness of the person, so clothing can reflect as well as the inner
state of the person and his desire to manifest himself in society. In my experiment, it
was deduced that 20 people with bright images answered that the reason for their
chosen image is self-expression and the choice of more liked clothes from their
wardrobe. First of all, according to the results of my experiment, this manifestation is
the main tool in the hands of a creative person, which is a sign of thinking outside the
framework.

Factors that can positively affect the formation of the personality: The person with
the demonstrated creative potential is supported in various undertakings. Parents
participate in the development of the child’s interests from an early age, develop his
creative thinking and imagination, and self-confidence, train his self-esteem, and
develop intellectual thinking and behavior in society. Internal self-esteem training and
work on confidence, and intellectual development will lead the creative person to
success. Now people who want to become independent and unique fit work on
themselves and self-improvement. Only work on yourself and help to open new
paths in your career and life.

The following information was discussed: the impact of the environment on human
uniqueness and individuality, detailed examples and experiments confirming the
impact of creative thinking on human individuality, ways of solving the problem of the
impact of society on the individual, and how the development of creative and
imaginative thinking will help in this regard.
