Roles & Responsibilities
Role of an Associate in the Consulting India Team would be to -

➞ Focus on successful project execution

➞ Execution of project activities that cover the project lifecycle from start
till completion, including but not limited to:

Data collection: Pressure-testing data collection tools and methods,


ensuring that the data that flows in through these tools are accurate

Data processing: Monitoring data collected, performing pre-analysis sanity


checks to ensure data quality and organizing the data in a way that’s easy
to analyze

Data analysis: Reviewing the data and data cuts in line with the client’s
business questions, and modifying existing / creating new views as
required

Client delivery: Develop the client deliverable with inputs from the C /SC
(typically in PowerPoint decks) in line with the storyboard finalized by the
team.

➞ Through building these presentations, Associates are expected to build


context on clients, projects and therapeutic areas

➞At any given time, an Associate is expected to work on ~2 average sized


projects that span across different pharmaceutical brands/drugs from
same or different client

We need Someone with the following skills:


➞ Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials; engineering,
business, economics or other quantitative disciplines
➞ Extremely high motivation and independent drive, strong adaptability
and ability to work in a fast moving environment
➞ Proficiency in common business software tools; proficiency with MS
PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is imperative
➞ Strong attention to detail and high standard of quality
➞ Ability to work in teams

✔ B.E/ B.Tech (All Departments)
✔ CGPA of 8 and above
✔ No standing arrears
