In accordance with section 17-03 of the Code of Miami-Dade County,


Florida, we are required to provide you with 60 days written fair notice
when we intend to increase your rent by mor than five percent (5%).

This Notice is to inform you that beginning on October the 15th, the
monthly rent for the unit you currently occupy, Unity 521, which is
located at, 6560NW 114Ave at The Courts at Doral Isles, Doral Fl.
33178 will be increased to $2850 per month. This rental payment is
due on or before the 15th day of each month.

If you wish to continue your tenancy, the new monthly rental payment
of 2850 is required.

If you wish to continue your tenancy, the new monthly rental payment

continued tenancy or indicating your disagreement and subsequent
termination of tenancy.

HD & DO We agree to the new monthly rent amount of two
