We, the UNITED ILOCANDIA FRATERNITY/SORRORITY, INC.

Aparri Chapter is an accredited Non-Government Organization/Civil
Service Organization(NGO/CSO) of the Aparri LGU and a member of
Aparri’s Municipal Planning and Development Office would like to request
for a permit to hold a motorcade on June 10, 2022, Friday at 7:00 AM.
This is in connection with the Annual Celebration of our Municipal
Chapter .

We would also like to request the Philippine National Police (PNP),

under your jurisdiction to assist us on the above-mentioned slate to ensure
smooth and organized flow of the activity and to whatever assistance they
can render us in good faith.
