SNI, Importation and Distribution License:

SNI process will take 2-6 months depending on the completeness of the documents. Estimated
price for SPPT-SNI: Rp 70.650.000,- up to Rp. 84.150.000,- per factory (exclude auditor and
sampling officer travel fee). SPPT-SNI will valid for 4 years.
SNI obtaining process:
i. Prepare all forms and required documents;
ii. Wait for Audit Process, LSPro will send out 3 auditors to the factory;
iii. Sample collecting by the Sampling Officer appointed by LSPro to be tested in
Indonesia laboratory (15 days);
iv. The evaluation is carried out by the Technical Evaluation Team to provide
recommendations on the results of the evaluation of the product certification
process and the certification decision for the issuance of SPPT-SNI to clients who
have met the quality system requirements and product standards by the Chair of the
Technical Evaluation Committee;
v. Issuance of SPPT-SNI;

For product importation and distribution, the Company will need NPB (Product Registration
Number) from the Ministry of Trade; approximately 3 days

i. Required documents:
- NPB registration form typed and signed by the director with a Rp. 6,000 stamp
duty;
- Copy of API;
- Attach a copy of SPPT-SNI (which is still valid) that issued by LSPro that has been
registered at the Directorate of Standardization and Quality Control of the
Ministry of Trade for the scope of the product;
- Bring the original SPPT-SNI certificate for proof of validity from the attached
photocopy;
- A statement to save the technical documents in accordance with the time agreed
in the bilateral and/or regional agreement in the field of standardization in the
form of softcopy and/or hardcopy for the products that have been arranged in the
said agreement, since the agreement has been applied;
- Design or photo of placement of SNI mark, SNI Number and NPB on the product or
package;
- Power of attorney if the NPB arrangement is authorized with stamp duty Rp. 6,000
(the authorizer is the person who stated in the API);
- Copy of ID card of the authorizer and authorized party;
- Information of the marketing and sales location.

ii. Submit all required documents to Ministry of Trade;

iii. Issuance of the NPB.
