Company will not be held
liable for any injury
sustained, damage or theft
of property whilst on site.
All visitors shall take into
account the nature of the
hazards that might be
encountered on the site.

He / She undertakes to
wear the required
Personal Protective
Equipment before entering
the site premises.
No persons who seem to
be under the influence of
intoxicants shall enter
these site premises.
By accepting this
indemnity policy, all
visitors:
1) Acknowledge
compliance to all
Legislative requirements
before entering the site.
2) Agree to obey all
requests and instruction
given by ABC supervisory
employees while visiting
the site
3) Will not interfere with
the works or workers
engaged at the works
4) Will comply with any
procedures set out in the
interest of health & safety.

NOTE: ALL VISITORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SAFETY OFFICER AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE.
