Description of HSE Improvement Notice and how it was identified:

Based upon site visit on 07-02-2022 and 08-02-2022, raised in SOR’s Al Babtain did not arrange necessary
control measures for traffic management to ensure that all of their works at public road are safe and protected
which is unacceptable. Violating the MiSK City HSE Standards. Major Non Compliances and failures are
following:

1. No advanvce signs on streets for “Road closure ahead” “Road Diversion ahead” “ Road Narrows ahead”
2. No excavation hazard signs available.
3. Solar caution lights and sunflower lights are missing.
4. Misleading arrow signs installed directing towards closed road.
5. No flagman appointed for trucks movement.
6. No light arrow signs provided at the diversions and narrow route starting point.
