Background:
Observed that engineers are facing some challenges for confirmation the washing machine Error
Code Or component are Electrically and functionally working well or not through Test Mode.
Keeping the same mind, we prepared one document which will help to understand for WM
component electrically and functionally working OK OR NG.

Purpose:
To understand for Washing Machine component electrically and functionally working OK OR NG
through Test Mode.

Guideline:

Service Mode Activation

Enter Service Mode

1. Set the power switch to [OFF].

2. Press and hold both the [Process] and [Power Soak] buttons with one hand.
3. Press the power ON button.
4. Release your fingers from the buttons
5. Within three seconds, press the [Process] button to set the desired check procedure as follows.

Note: Service Model Process in Front Panel Models.

Note: Service Mode starts from starting 2 Keys in Wash-Rinse-Spin Series in Back Panel Models

Enter Service Mode:

1. Set the power switch to [OFF].
2. Press and hold both the [Wash] and [Rinse] buttons with one hand.
3. Press the power ON button.
4. Release your fingers from the buttons and Power switch which you pressed in step 2nd and 3rd above.
(Check a can be carried out in this state with your fingers released.)
5. Within three seconds, press the [Water Level] button to set the desired check as follows
