Background:
Field complaint related to Crystal NXT model as Red light glowing
continuesly and unit not functioning
Purpose:

To Explain and sortout the issue while customer visit.

Symptom :

Procedure to troubleshoot :

Step 1: Check the UV Lamp function first - Continuity to be verified.

Step 2: Check the SV valve function – Voltage and continuity to be verifed.
Step 3: If Both Found OK then, need to change the PCB board to resolve problem.

per below: Model -3EA Origa Filters
