MOROCCO
The House of Delegates
Morocco
UNHRC

Topic: Migration and its effects on socio-economic values of this

modern era.

THE United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) carries out the mission
of promoting, protecting and safeguarding the basic rights of every human in
this world.

The UN Migration Agency (IOM) defines a migrant as any person who is

moving or has moved across an international border or within a State.
Morocco has been an immigration country since the 1990s. Due to it's better
employment opportunities, bordering countries like the Europe, higher
salary rates etc has made Morocco an immigration country.
In 2013, Morocco has launched a new migration policy with marks a major
paradigm shift. Henceforth, Morocco conceives itself as a country of
immigrants, no longer only a country for transit.

Hereby, the delegate of Morocco would like to tell the world about the
happenings of migration and its effects.
Let the young generations be the next big leaders.
