    Due to changes of workload within the company notice was given to you on Tuesday 13.06.2023 that
    your employment with Redfern Construction Ltd. would be ceasing with immediate effct. This is due
    to your failure to attend work on a consistent regular basis & notify your employer of any reasons as
    to why.

    Unfortunately you failed to attend work again yesterday, 13.06.2023 & failed to make contact with
    anyone in company to let them know the reasons why.

    The company would like to wish you luck in the future and thank you for your service to date.
