OUR COMPANY
1. ABOUT US
BCB Solutions is a road maintenance and civil
construction company that was founded in 2015
by Duduzile Nomvula Sithole. She identified a
market that offered passion, and purpose and due
to the constant need to maintain and upgrade the
national, provincial and municipal road networks;
she discovered that this opportunity also offered a
sustainable forte.
While venturing into the male dominated industry,
she realised that she needed to work hard in order

 2. OUR REGIONAL
PRESENCE
BCB Solutions is a new establishment and while operations
began just recently, the company has already made great
strides with its presence in Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Eastern
Cape, Western Cape and Limpopo Province. Based on our
achievements thus far, we expect to grow exponentially
and subsequently branch out into the other provinces in a
couple of years.

3. LEGISLATION AND
COMPLIANCE
As road maintenance specialist, we are
aware of occupation health and safety risks
associated with our line of work and have
therefore taken precaution to mitigate
such risks. As such, BCB Solutions is in
compliance with the OHS Act, 85 of 1993.
It is also registered with the Department of
Labour for Compensation of Occupational
Injuries and Diseases (COIDA) and all other
employee relevant precincts.

5. MANAGEMENT
The company’s senior management is consisted of Mrs Duduzile Nomvula
Sithole, who is also the company’s director and is a thrift businesswoman,
in charge of the overall management and the strategic direction of
the company. Her functions entail developing and strengthening her
management team in order to maximize company’s efficiency.
With her professional background in quality management
systems, she ensures that the company meets its quality
objectives and ultimately its growth targets.

The staff is comprised of a Registered
Professional Civil Engineer, SACPCMP
registered Health and Safety Officer and
Contracts Manager with over 10 years’
experience each, who oversees each
allocated contract and its operations,
Site Agents for each site and each with a
Supervisor and assistant. Our Supervisor’s
comprise of more than 19 years of Road
Maintenance experience.
