 Santi, my mother and I are at home. We talk about job.

Mother : Santi, have you applied for a job?

Santi : No, I haven’t. I will apply for a job tomorrow.

Mother : Where will you apply for a job?

Santi : I will apply for a job in a Bank (Asian central Bank/BCA).

Mother : It sounds good.

Santi : So what about Letta ?

Mother : Letta will apply for a job "as a lecturer in university "

Santi : Really?

Mother and I : Yes.

Letta : What if we apply for a job together tomorrow?

Santi : Yes. It will be nice. So what time will we go?

Letta : At 7 a.m. we leave from here at my home.

Santi : Yes. I will pick you up here.

Mother : I am as a mother. I can pray only for you two. Wish you luck!

Santi and Letta : Thank you very much mom.

Santi : Have you been a volunteer?

Letta : I have been a volunteer in UNESA university

Santi : How many years have you been a volunteer?

Letta : More less two years and half

Mother : You have been a volunteer as tutor in GO, haven’t you?

Letta : Yes mom

Mother : How many years were there?

Letta : Only two months

Mother : Oh I see, what about santi? Where have you been a volunteer?
Santi : I have been a volunteer in BCA for one year but long time ago when I was in vocational
school student I was ever as volunteer in BCA but different place.

Mother : Ohhh

Letta : How was your training long time ago?

Santi : I got many experiences. Many staffs helped me during I was there.

Letta : Ohhh you are lucky.

Santi : How we go together tomorrow? we have the same way.

Letta : That’s good idea.

Santi : I will tell you again.

Letta : Okay then.

We go together to Bank and we apply there. One week later Letta has a telephone call from the
bank. Letta do interview test with HRD (human resources development).

HRD : Come in and sit down please.

Letta : Yes. Thanks sir.

HRD : Are you Letta?

Letta : Yes, I am. Sir.

HRD : My name is Raisya Maulida (HRD) As HRD in this university

Letta : Nice to meet you.

HDR : How are you, letta?

Letta : Very well thank you. And you?

HRD : I am fine too. Do you know what we do?

Letta : Yes sir. I received a telephone call to follow job interview test in this university 3 days
ago. I will do job interview with you.

HRD : Oke please introduce your self soon.

Letta : My name is Cassandra Aletta, you can call me Letta. I am 20 years old. I am a fresh
graduate of State Unesa university. I am majoring in English education. And I have trained in GO as a
tutor 6 months, And was once a teaching assistant

HRD : Why do you apply for a job here?

Letta : I have an information This university needs an English lecturer.

HRD : What position do you apply?

Letta : become an English teacher.

HRD : What is your goodness/skill?

Letta : I have good communication and experienced

HRD : For example, you accept in this university. Can you work good and team.

Letta : Yes, I will work as good as I can. I will improve this university better than before. I can
work good and accurate.

HRD : How much do I pay you for the salary ?

Letta : I ask the standart salary for a new employee.

HRD : Okay. You fulfill the condition. I will inform the result test in one week. Thanksyou’re
your attendance here

Letta : Thank you very much sir.

HRD : You are welcome.

Letta : Mom……

Mother : What’s going on, my daughter? How was your interview?

Letta : It was running well.

Mother : Wow that's verry nice, thanks god.

Letta : Wait for the further information.
