At present, children and youth have access to social networks at an early age, all this is triggering
inappropriate behavior and personalities.

The use of the internet and social networks without proper supervision today is the big problem
in the education of young people, since they take refuge behind a cell phone, a tablet or a
computer and live a life moving away from reality; creating insecurities and anxieties.

After the COVID 19 pandemic, the world was forced to go one step further with the use of ICTs,
which has become a necessity for our daily tasks, in the case of young people, school and
universities; triggered by the fact that they are more time connected to the internet and most
of this time is not used in a good way, but is instead immersed in the use of social networks.

Young people today do not develop their personality since they do not socialize face to face with
people, it is more difficult for them to start a conversation with people because they only live
behind a device and want to lead a life like the celebrities of the networks.

We can conclude that the problems of social networks and misuse of the Internet can be
prevented from home by controlling the time to which our young people are exposed, we as
adults set an example for our children, disconnect from a device when we are with them, exploit
their creativity with activities, games, drawing, sports or any activity they enjoy, explain what
actions are allowed and what is not appropriate, tell them what happens in the world due to the
misuse of the internet, forge them as good people that they decide for themselves. himself and
not by an influencer or famous person of the networks.

En la actualidad la niñez y juventud tiene acceso a las redes sociales a temprana edad, todo esto
va desencadenando comportamiento y personalidades inadecuadas.

El uso del internet y las redes sociales sin una debida supervisión hoy en día es el gran problema
en la educación de los jóvenes, ya que se refugian detrás de una celular, una Tablet o un
computador y viven una vida alejándose de la realidad; creando inseguridades y ansiedades.

Tras la pandemia por el COVID 19 el mundo se vio en la obligación de ir un paso más adelante
con el uso de las TICS, que se ha vuelto una necesidad por nuestras tareas cotidianas, en el caso
de los jóvenes la escuela y universidades; desencadenado que estén más tiempo conectados al
internet y la mayor parte de este tiempo no se aprovecha de una buena manera si no que se
sumergen en el uso de las redes sociales.

Los jóvenes hoy en día no desarrollan su personalidad ya que no socializan cara a cara con
personas, se les hace más difícil entablar una conversación con personas por que solo viven
detrás de un dispositivo y queriendo llevar una vida como los famosos de las redes.
Podemos concluir que el problemas de las redes sociales y mal uso del internet se puede
prevenir desde casa controlando el tiempo a los cuales están expuesto nuestro jóvenes,
nosotros como adulto poner el ejemplo a nuestros hijos, desconectarnos de un dispositivo
cuando estamos con ellos, explotar la creatividad de ellos con actividades, juegos, dibujo,
deporte o cualquier actividad que ellos disfruten, explicarle que acciones son permitidas y cuáles
no, hablarle lo que pasa en el mundo por el mal uso del internet, forjarlos como buenas personas
que ellos decidan por sí mismo y no por un influencer o persona famosa de las redes.
