“The Neverending Story”

Should you be cast in and accept a role in TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada’s production of
“The Neverending Story” the following commitment is required:

• 1 Parent/Guardian or Family Member of each cast member under the age of 18 are
required to volunteer at a minimum of 1 performance to help support our production by:
o Selling Tickets at the Door
o Selling Concessions
o Helping Backstage with Props, Scene Changes or Young Actors

• Purchase 1 Ad in our Program Book (Ad can be any of the below sizes)
o Quarter Page Ad-$25
o Half Page Ad-$50
o Full Page Ad-$100

*Ads are due no later than June 20th and should be emailed to JillianHelget@gmail.com,
payment can be submitted via cash, check or we can invoice you for easy online payment
with credit or debit card!

• $25 Production Fee (per Cast Member) – DUE AT FIRST READ-THROUGH

• Arrive on-time for Rehearsal & Show Call Times

• Attend ALL Rehearsals, MANDATORY Tech Week and ALL Performances (unless
approved to miss by Director)

• Black Jazz Shoes are required for All Cast Members – No street shoes will be allowed on
Stage Floor. Links will be emailed out with Cast Announcement to purchase online prices
are roughly $13/pair. (if you would like to be fitted for Capezio brand shoes, please let your
director know – these shoes are $47)
