Please read this rider carefully. It is an integral part of the contract between yourself
(hereinafter referred to as The Promoter as stated in the booking contract) to provide a
performance by Maya Jane Coles (hereinafter referred to as The Artist as stated in the
booking contract).

If you have any issues or queries with any section of the rider please contact us
as soon as possible so that we are able to rectify the situation. We want to do everything we
can to ensure a successful show and look forward to working with you!

The requirements specified in this rider are an integral part of the artist’s agreement to
perform. Any proposed alterations to this Rider must first be agreed between the Promoter
and the Artist's representation before being made; otherwise all specifications must be
adhered to. Promoter accepts that all provisions and clauses are agreed as follows.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Photos cannot be taken in front of ARTIST whilst playing with a flash. Photography taking
should be at a minimum at the gig with no more than 15 minutes of the performance unless
otherwise agreed. All official photos should be sent to management (contacts above) for
approval before being officially used by your media team.

All photography taken is at the discretion of the ARTIST and the ARTIST'S TOUR
MANAGER/AGENT/PR if present.
BACKSTAGE & DRESSING ROOMS

Please provide a fresh, clean, private dressing room with plenty of light where possible, for
Maya Jane Coles SOLE USE. WIFI passwords where applicable. Comfortable seating area
with a full length mirror to be provided. A NON-SMOKING dressing room is a must.

CATERING

The meal on show day should be for two people at a restaurant of the Artists choice paid for
by the Promoter. There should be no fast food buyouts or take-aways unless specifically
asked for.

If the Artist decides to eat in the hotel or elsewhere due to lack of time or any other logistical
reason, then the Promoter must provide a £50 buyout per person, per day (€80 / $80),
added onto the hotel room tab, or provided in cash to the Tour Manager.

HOTELS

The Promoter agrees to provide and pay for 5* star hotel accommodation for two people to
consist of one non-smoking suite and one large non-smoking single room. Both rooms must
include breakfast, WIFI and early check in // late checkout where applicable

Hotels MUST have 24-hour room service, and all rooms MUST have a bath. Health and
training facilities would be appreciated wherever possible.

Hotel links must be sent to Alex Balding (a.balding@nt-rp.com) and Amy Vince (amy@nt-
rp.com) at least two weeks prior to show day.

NO ROOMS CAN BE BOOKED UNTIL APPROVAL HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE
ABOVE ARTIST’S REPRESENTATIVES. IF YOU BOOK BEFORE APPROVAL AND
HAVE TO RE-BOOK ELSEWHERE AS A RESULT, THIS WILL BE AT YOUR COST.

FLIGHTS & GROUND TRANSPORT

Where flights are included in the deal, these will be booked directly from the Artist’s
Representatives and invoiced back to The Promoter accordingly to settle up the costs.
Flights must include extra legroom seats, speedy boarding & luggage, where applicable. Any
associated costs with this booking will be sent to The Promoter to sign off before being
booked.

All ground transport between the airport, hotel and venue must be with a private,
professional driver in an executive vehicle (Mercedes V Class, S Class or similar), for the
sole use of Maya Jane Coles. Any alternative vehicles must be approved by the Artist’s
Representative in writing before they can be confirmed.

Please ensure we have the name of the driver, phone number and vehicle details prior to
show day.
TECHNICAL RIDER

● 3 x Pioneer CDJ 3000’s (MUST BE LINKED)


● 1 x Pioneer DJM 900 NXS2
ANY proposed substitutions to the above MUST be proposed to the Artist’s
Representatives and approved in writing.
● 2 x controllable high quality powerful booth monitors at least for 4 x wedges/side fills
in stereo for festival/large venues. Set up should be as close as possible to the left
monitor especially if there are two set ups.
● Light with an on/off switch is required for all shows.
● A riser that is at least the length of the CDJS set up should be available to be put in
place in case the artist needs it to stand on it in order to comfortably play at the
decks. (PLEASE CHECK WITH TOUR MANAGER IF THIS IS NECESSARY AT
YOUR SHOW UPON THEIR ARRIVAL)
No house or spot light lights to shine into the ARTIST'S eyes when performing.

HOSPITALITY RIDER

As standard for show day:

1. 1 x Large bottle of Grey Goose Vodka Other brands MUST be approved during
the advance by Artist’s Representatives. This is very important!!
1 x Extra bottle on request as discretion of Artist or Management
2. 1 x Large bottle of Silver Patron Tequila
3. 4 x Bottles of Still mineral water
4. 2 x Litres of Coca Cola
5. 2 x Litres of Fruit Juice (Not from concentrate)
6. 1 x Litre of Bitter Lemon
7. 6 x Cans of Red Bull
8. 6 x Normal Glasses (NO SINGLE USE PLASTICS)
9. 6 x Shot Glasses (NO SINGLE USE PLASTICS)

To be made available if requested by the Artist or Management on show day:
