Parking: We control 2x 20’ parking spaces at our load in doors (50 Church St.) starting at noon, everyday.
Bus parking: We cannot provide parking for busses or bandwagons (any vehicle over 40’)
Please see the list of hotels for info on which can accommodate parking larger vehicles. Oversize vehicles will
have to arrive and unload immediately, and then leave.
Load in is at 50 Church St. through a set of double doors, up a slightly inclined hallway, through double doors
into the venue and 14’ truck ramp to stage. Total push <175’.
The Sinclair does not provide dedicated loaders, our 4 person production staff will assist in loading. Please be
conscious of the fact that these are your house staff all day and treat them as such. Please reach out if you
need to arrange dedicated loaders.
The Sinclair does not provide runners.
Timing:
*** There is a sound curfew of 5PM Monday through Friday***
Standard load in time is 4PM for headliners during the week for 5PM soundcheck (doors generally 7PM.)
If you are travelling in a bus, standard load in time is 1PM to accommodate driver downtime.
Room access no earlier than 30 minutes before scheduled load in.
If you are arriving in a bus or bandwagon, please call 30-60 before your arrival to confirm that the spaces are
clear, as our parking spaces are available from noon to midnight, and we often have to tow cars from them at
that hour.
Load out to commence 45 minutes (or less) after show end.

Audio:
FOH console: Avid SC48 remote system (no preamps at FOH, I/O 16 insert card installed) Waves V9 installed.
PA: Analog drive lines L-R-Sub-FFill
6 x D&B Q1 line array boxes per side
2x D&B Q1 front fills (1 per side on the stage edge, mono send)
3x D&B Qsubs per side in cardioid (mono send)

We have a full compliment of Shure (SM and Beta series) and Sennheiser (9 series) microphones, and radial
pro and J DI’s.

Lighting console: GrandMA on PC (single touch screen) with command and fader wings.

*** Hazer is located upstage right, 9' above deck height. Hazer must be operated by house LD, and amount is
at the discretion of house LD at all times. No outside hazers are permitted.

*No cryo/pyro can be used at this venue. Use of confetti will incur a $500 cleanup fee*

Video:
Eiki HDT700 Projector (truss mounted) with HDMI fed from stage or at FOH (switcher at FOH, there is no
audio I/O on the switcher) and 16’x12’ white projection cyc backdrop.

4x shielded CAT5 guest lines from FOH to stage right for audio or lighting use. Minimum snake run from FOH
to stage right is approximately 150’.
Stage:
Dimensions: 23’ Wide x 19’ Deep x 12’ from deck to truss. Ballroom floor to deck height is 4’. Stage access
from upstage right and midstage left.
-2x 4’x8’ pieces of Wenger Versalite decking (8’x8’ drum riser) with 12” and 18” legs.
-We also have 36” legs to make one 4’x8’ piece into a “DJ Table.”
-Deck to trim height: 12’. Backdrop pipe hung from upstage truss is 20’ wide. Ideal backdrop size is 20’x10-12’.
- All backdrops and soft goods must have a valid fire cert to be hung as per state laws.
-There is no barricade in-house. If deemed necessary, one can be rented at artist expense.

Power:
-2x 20amp circuits at FOH
-4x 20amp circuits for backline on stage (3 upstage, one downstage with a 3 quad stringer.)
-2x 20amp circuits for dedicated lighting upstage right.
-200 amp, 3-Phase power tie in (cam-lock) upstage right (we do not have feeder in-house.)

Dead Storage:
Behind the curtain line on stage (16’x4’) or on floor level behind and off stage left.
Backstage:
3x Green Rooms
-Headliner green room with private bathroom and shower.
-2x support green rooms, one of which is smaller, and often used as a touring production office (if not
occupied by a band.)
-Backstage bathroom with shower.
-All green rooms have a couch, desk, and refrigerator.
- “office style” water cooler backstage for anyone opting to use refillable water bottles.

Merch:
-Merch area is located in the main bar area. 2x 6’ tables provided with mounted merch grids and lighting.
-Merch sellers can be arranged at a cost of $100 paid directly by the artist, and will be scheduled to arrive 1
hour before doors.
-Meet and Greets are limited to 50 guests during the 60 minutes prior to doors.
-To cover early staffing, Meet and Greets will incur a $200 chargeback (per hour, if more time is arranged.)
- The merch terms are 90/10 soft only. 6.25% sales tax will be collected on all non-clothing items.

Settlement:
We assume that headliners will take a check and support will take cash. If headliners prefer cash, please give
us 7 days notice. Please also note that no payments will be made until a completed W-9 or W-8 can be
furnished.
As of January 1, 2020, artists earning more than $5,000 in one year within the State of Massachusetts will be
subject to a Massachusetts tax rate of 5.0%. This amount is required to be withheld at the time of settlement
unless artist/business management has filed paperwork with the State of Massachusetts beforehand. Foreign
artists will be subject to a 30% tax withholding on all earnings unless artist/business management has filed
paperwork with the Internal Revenue Service beforehand.
