1. Register Account

1) Open LifeUp App


2) Click “Sign Up”
3) Fill in user details
4) Agree to T&C
5) Click “Send
verification code”
6) Key in the SMS code

2) Scan the QR code printed on the
circular or get it from management
office

*Please note every unit has a unique QR

2) Select the facility
you want to book
3) Select a date

2) Agree to T&C
3) Click “Booking

4) Select payment
method

then click “Confirm”

1) Click “Feedback”
2) Select a category
3) Enter the feedback
content, upload
photos if any
4) Click “Report”

4. Check Condo Notifications

1) Click the ring bell on top right corner


2) The notification is ordered by
chronological order by default,
however, management office may
have pinned certain notifications on
top.

5. Submit Form Application
Check form history here
1) Click “Documents”
2) Click the 3 dots
beside the form
3) Share it via
email/WhatsApp and
print out
4) Take a photo then
click “Upload

5) Click “Submit”

*LifeUp Pay is a built-in eWallet.


It can be used to pay facility
booking, maintenance fee and
home service fee.

*LifeUp Pay may not be available

7. Pay Maintenance Fee with LifeUp Pay

1) Click “Maintenance

2) Select your unit
3) Key in maintenance
fee amount and
click “Done”

*Please make sure you have


sufficient balance in LifeUp Pay
before paying maintenance fee

8. Contact Management Office/Security

1) Click “Management Office”/”Security”


2) Select phone number to dial or :

9. Switch/Add Apartment

1) Click “Me”
2) Click “My
Apartment”
3) Select another
apartment or
4) Click “Add” to
register a new
unit

need a new QR Code from
management office.

10. Change Password

1) Click “Me”
2) Click “Profile”
3) Click “Reset
Password”

11. Forgot Password

1) Click “Forgot
Password”
2) Key in your phone
number and click
“Request Code”
3) Key in the SMS
code and the new
password
4) Click “Save and
