NIT for the subject project was uploaded on 24.02.2022 with due date of online
submission 12.09.2023(upto 11.00 AM) & opening of Technical Bids on 13.09.2023
after approval of Competent Authority .  IAC under the Chairmanship of Member
(Tech.) Shri Mahabir Singh in its meeting held on 10.05.2023 has considered Internal
appraisal of the subject project with following cost details:

 2. Proposal was put up seeking Administrative & Financial Approval of Competent
Authority i.e. Chairman, NHAI. Subsequently, Competent Authority has raised
following remark that:

"Please send the proposal to Ministry for approval of NH(O) Project under approved
sanction limit of FY 2023-24.”

3.      Accordingly, SFC Proposal vide letter dated 09.08.2023 was sent to Ministry for
Appraisal and approval of the project. In this regard, it is submitted that appraisal
and approval of the project will take some more time as the date of SFC meeting for
the subject project has not come yet.
  
4.Accordingly, it is propose to extend bid due date as tabulated below with kind
approval of Member (P):
