Objectives of the study :-

The current study aims to:

vocational inclination among students of the College of Education.
2. Identify the differences between students (high/medium) intelligence
and (high/low) achievement and students of majors (scientific/literary)
and the interaction between them and gender and the interaction between
intelligence and achievement and gender (male/female) in their learning
styles.

among the most influential personal variables on the academic
performance of students, as the method chosen or used by individuals in
learning situations has an impact on academic achievement, as well as
motives are necessary in explaining individual differences in achievement

importance, as the availability of internal motives raises students' activity
and enthusiasm and reduces their fear in difficult situations.
4. Students benefit from the results of this study - especially students who
have recently joined the university - by knowing the learning methods
that help increase academic achievement through knowing the learning
methods prevailing among high achieving students, and it also helps
faculty members to select appropriate strategies for teaching, and also
benefits Among the results of the study are the curricula developers,
where the curricula are developed to suit the learning styles of the high
achievers, as well as researchers interested in the field of learning
methods with theoretical aspects that enrich research in this field.
5. Studying vocational tendencies and what is appropriate for them from
the majors students study, which helps guide students towards studying
what they tend to, and also helps in amending the admission system in
colleges with their various specializations, especially the College of
Education.
6. The importance of the study also stems from an attempt to find out
whether the types of students that we get from the interaction of
intelligence and achievement together and they (high intelligence and
high achievement / medium intelligence and high achievement) prefer
certain methods that distinguish them from other students, and therefore
these methods can be spread among other students Or train them to use it
through special programs that are prepared for that, taking into account
the need to attract them to it so that learning is effective, given that every
student learns better when we teach him the method he prefers.

7. The theoretical information provided by the current research, derived


from the practical field, may help in developing counseling programs that
contribute to developing students' awareness of their learning methods,
identifying and exploiting their strengths, and overcoming weaknesses,
and providing them with flexibility in adopting new learning methods
that are appropriate to the nature of The educational tasks assigned to
them, which saves them wasting a lot of efforts, and enables them to
invest their capabilities to the maximum extent, which earns them
confidence in themselves and their information, which increases their
academic achievement

8. The study dealt with the category of university students, as the student
at this stage begins to rely on himself in his learning process to a large
extent, which helps in knowing the most used methods in their
achievement.
9. The results of the study may also contribute to helping students choose
the appropriate specialization for them in the light of their professional
tendencies.
