Journaling Reflections
Coaching Journal….

A learning journal is a personal and private record of your learning, change and
development process as a “whole person” learner. It is a personal contract with
yourself to:

reinforce positive action and attitudes;

tackle and change negative behaviours and attitudes;
deepen your knowledge, skills and understanding;
make new meaning and develop your own theory;
test new ideas through application;
learn from your mistakes;

Please try one of each section and see what transpires for you. It could be an
effective habit that SPARKS many great things for you!
