Listening Text for 1st children

Example:
This is Kevin’s bedroom and he has got many toys and some school objects. He has
got a guitar. Can you see his guitar? It is black. Now colour the guitar black.

1. Kevin has got a ball. Can you see his ball? It is yellow. Take a yellow pencil
and colour the ball. Is the ball yellow? Good!

2. Can you see Kevin’s robot? His robot is happy, what colour is it? It is blue!
Now colour the robot blue. The robot is blue now.

3. Have you got a ruler? Kevin has got a new red ruler. Now take a red pencil
and colour the ruler.

4. Kevin has got an old chair. Can you see his chair? Now, take a brown pencil
and colour the chair. Is it brown now?

5. Kevin has got a bag. Can you see it? His bag is purple. Take a purple pencil
and colour it. Good. Now the bag is purple

Example: Tom is on vacation with his family. His mother likes spring and flowers. His
father likes sunny days and hot weather. But he doesn’t like spring or summer. He
loves skiing in the mountains. He loves snow and cold weather. He loves winter.

1. Hi, I’m Marie. I’ve got one brother and one sister. My brother is 8 years old and
my sister is a baby. I am 12 and I like football. I usually play football with my brother
in the park after school.
2. Hi, my name’s Robert. My favorite part of the house is my bedroom. There's a
big bed with lots of toys. But my favorite thing is my Play Station 4. I can play football
games in the afternoon. I love it.
3. Hi, my name’s Steve. My sister Pam likes winter, she likes skating. My sister
Lara also likes skating, but I don’t like it. I like ball games. My favourite sport is
basketball. I love playing basketball after school.
4. Hi, my name’s Felix. I am very happy at birthday parties. I have got lots of
games and toys to play. I like birthday cakes, especially chocolate cakes. I can also
eat sandwiches and ice cream and I can drink a lot of coke.
5. Hi, my name’s Jason. My father is a doctor and my mother is a teacher. But I like
cooking. I want to be a cook. I love preparing dinner for all the family.

Niños 3

Hi! My name’s Tom! I’m calling to invite you to my school’s music festival. Do you
want to come with me? It’s on Friday. It starts in the morning at 10 am. We can enjoy
a lot of things at the festival. We can listen to many of the student’s bands. And some
of the students can teach us how to play the keyboard! Most parents are cooking for
the festival. David’s mom cooks a really delicious pizza! I want to try it! I love pizza.
My father always cooks pineapple pizza that I dislike. Who likes it anyway?
Maybe you can come to my house later but not to sleep. I have violin lessons on
Saturdays.
So what do you think? My mom can take us there.
 Pre-adolescentes Beginners

Luis Suárez is Lionel Messi’s best friend. He’s from Uruguay and he’s a football
player too. He’s 36 years old. He’s a very good player and he’s got lots of fans in his
country! His favourite day is Sunday and his favourite food is pizza. In his free time,
he plays video games with his children. Luis is married to Sofía and they have got
three children. He lives with his family in Brazil.

Listen to Max, Summer’s brother.

Hi! My school day starts at 8 in the morning and finishes at 3 p.m. I never eat at
school because mum prepares my meals every day. Her food is delicious! After
lunch, I play with some friends. Then, I leave school and I take the school bus to go
back home. In the evenings, I like watching sports on TV. On Wednesdays, I have
Biology lessons. On Sundays, I watch my sister play hockey at the club. In the
summer my sister goes swimming every day but I hate it so I go cycling.

Pre-adolescentes 2

Last Sunday Betty went on a day trip to Chester with her mother, her father  and her
best friend Sue. They went by car. The weather was terrible. It was raining heavily so
Betty’s  father had to drive very slowly and carefully. What’s more, when he  stopped
suddenly, Betty’s Smartphone fell onto the floor and the touch  screen broke.  
When they arrived at Chester, they went on a guided tour of the city. Betty and Sue
got bored, so they went into a clothes shop. When they came out, their group wasn’t
there!  
Fortunately, Betty’s parents found them quickly. They were very happy to see
them! After the tour, they all went for lunch. It was delicious!
