country? Compare the opportunities of Philippine education for women with that of other
countries.
2. What is the historical background of the letter of Jose Rizal to the women of Malolos? Discuss.
3. What is the importance of an educated female population for a developing industrialized
country like the Philippines? Present concrete evidence to support your answer.
