I am GLENJOLYN V. DELA ROSA, 27 years of age and a bona fide resident of Namillangan,
Alfonso Lista, Ifugao. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Preschool
Education at Ifugao State University-Potia Campus. I passed the Licensure Examination for
Teachers last September 2017 at Tuguegarao City. I gained 12 units of my course Master of Arts in
Education at Ifugao State University-Potia Campus.

With regards to my experiences, I am an enthusiastic elementary teacher that performed task as

classroom teacher and relieve teacher and do the duties, including school beautification and
school reports.
