Amicable Settlement Agreement

This Amicable Settlement Agreement is entered into on

August 17, 2023, by and between:

JHON MICHAEL D. SUAN, Filipino, of legal age, single, and

residing at Brgy. Bagongpook, Lipa City;
AND
ALIYAH MAXINE L. REYES, Filipino, of legal age, single and
residing at Brgy. Marawoy, Lipa City;
Collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

WHEREAS, the Parties have been involved in certain disputes

and disagreements that lead to financial matters, which have
prompted the Parties to reach an amicable resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
contained herein, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Mutual Release: The Parties hereby agree that neither

Party shall have any further obligation to provide monetary
contributions or disbursements to the other Party, pertaining
to the matters in dispute or any other matter arising from
their previous interactions.
 2. No Further Legal Action: The Parties mutually declare that
they will not initiate or pursue any legal proceedings,
including but not limited to lawsuits, claims, or demands
against each other, arising from the disputes mentioned
herein or any other related matter.

3. Full and Final Settlement: This Agreement constitutes a

full and final settlement of all disputes and claims, whether
known or unknown, that have arisen or may arise between
the Parties relating to the aforementioned financial matters.

4. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire

agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject
matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations,
understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their
