A) Modification to the existing roof.

1. Existing detail of the support beams of the steel tower Before


modification.

2. In order to be able to install the steel tower before casting we will add some
reinforcements to the beams .
2.1. Modification 1: Weld a bracket to the bottom flange of the beam
as shown in the drawing to prevent the bending in X-Direction.

2.2. Modification 2: Weld stiffeners to the beam as shown in the


drawing to prevent the bending in Y-Direction.

3. Install and fully weld the wend bracing to the beam.

B) Lifting plan.

1- Divide the steel tower into two Parts and lifting with the tower crane, the
tower crane height will be increased to 73.4m,it is not exceed the
maximum height.
- Part 1:
