school or in the broader community.
4. Email enrol@suzannecoryhs.vic.edu.au all documentation - including a scanned file of this hand-written
statement. Please put in the subject line Application of (student’s name, and year level they are applying
and the year)

5. If the documentation cannot be sent through email, please submit to the school reception by 10am,
Wednesday 12 August 2020 which is the day of the entrance exam. DO NOT provide original documentation
as these cannot be returned. All support material must be photocopied.
