Good day!

On behalf of our production, I would like to ask your good office to request the use of Glorietta Park
Covered Court, Tala, North Caloocan for our Caloocan Motorshow on May 13, 2023. Our
Production, BOSS B PRODUCTION - A social media group and events production organization
specializing in organizing public and private events, established in 2021. At present, we have already
held a lot and successful events in NCR and nearby provinces.

On the date mentioned above, we plan to conduct our Caloocan Motorshow, where Motorcycle
Enthusiasts will congregate. We anticipate more than 100 participants and are projected to bring in
approximately 300 attendees, including visitors, audience, supporters, etc., at the venue that will hold
our event. We have assessed that the Glorietta Park Covered Court, Tala, North Caloocan is best suited
for our event as it meets our desirable requirements. Rest assured that the venue will be maintained in
good condition during the event.

We hope to receive a response from you. We would appreciate the opportunity to visit your good office
to discuss this matter. We are always open to any setup you request from us related to this talk. We
assure you that we are willing to comply with all the rules and regulations that Glorietta Park Covered
Court, Tala, North Caloocan we`ll be required to do.
