    The Council of Personnel Officers in the Province of Tarlac will be holding an activity in
    line with the 123rd Civil Service Anniversary on September 14, 2023, at 8:00 o’clock in
    the morning onwards. Said event will be held at the Kaisa Hall, located inside the Tarlac
    City Plazuela with activity title. “Human Resource Management Practitioners and Staff
    Get-Together Cum Talent Presentation “.

    In view of the above may we cordially invite your HR Head and Staff to attend in the
    scheduled event and join us as we celebrate perform the 123rd CSC celebration a success.
