Stress is a physical behavior, chemical or emotional factor that causes bodily or
mentally tension. In integrity stress is attached in our daily activity, work and situations. Some people experience unhappy feeling because of stressed, as a working class citizen, I am fully aware of the stress and anxiety in my field of work in cooping with this undesirable feeling, I am always making sure that I am performing my daily task correctly and properly because stress will hit you badly when the actions and decision that I am making will result in unpleasant outcome because of inconvenience.i make sure to take things seriously but ill make sure that will not too much pressure my part. Avoiding overthinking is also one of the key to handle stress, make sure to also ask suggestion and opinions in my co- coworkers, the more ideas can execute a good planning in this way I will not carry the burden solely, but instead it can lessen the stress and oressure a leader must feels. Equipping myself wth knowledge and learning experience is the the best way to handle stress, when someone has a full knowledge about his/her work the less stress and pressure you will be feeling.
