Company Z agrees to pay Company A by Draft. This is a Draft that can be transferred to other
parties. Company A confirms the transfer for Company B, B endorses the transfer for C, C
endorses the transfer for X; and Mr. Y who is the last person to endorse the transfer. On the
due date of payment, Mr. Y brought a bill of exchange to Company Z to require money.
Company Z refused to pay Mr. Y on the grounds that Company A did not deliver the goods in
accordance with the contract signed with Z. Mr. Y only knew Mr. X who tranferred Draft for
Mr. Y.
