FaithfulFold was founded in 2023, our company was located in Kajang, Selangor.
FaithfulFold is a pioneering force in catering to the evolving needs of the contemporary world by
introducing innovative solutions that blend tradition with convenience. With a deep
understanding of the demands faced by modern, on-the-go individuals, we have embarked on a
mission to provide a unique approach to daily prayer routines. Our flagship product, the Mini
Prayer Mat and Prayer Outfit, is a testament to our commitment to merging traditional practices
with practicality. As a company deeply attuned to the diverse requirements of our clientele, we
recognize the challenges faced by students and individuals from the B40 segment. Thus, our
innovative solution seeks to offer a portable and efficient way to perform daily prayers without
compromising their devotion, even within the constraints of a fast-paced lifestyle.

1.1.0 Organization Chart
In our organization, there are four key leadership roles that play a crucial part in the company's
operations and success, which includes General Manager, Marketing Manager, Administration
Manager and Financial Manager. The owner in this business is Maisarah, General Manager.
She is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and performance of the
company. This role involves making high-level decisions, managing resources, and ensuring
that all departments work together harmoniously to achieve the company's goals. For the
Marketing Manager which is Amirah, she is in charge of developing and implementing effective
marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This includes market
research, branding, advertising, and creating campaigns to attract and retain customers. The
next position is Administration Manager, Shamimy. She handles the organization's day-to-day
operations and administrative tasks which involves managing office facilities, coordinating
internal communication, and ensuring that essential processes and procedures are running
smoothly across various departments. And the fourth position is Financial Manager where Intan
took over. She oversees the financial health of the company and manages financial planning,
budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Additionally, she also monitors financial transactions,
ensures compliance with regulations, and provides insights that contribute to sound financial
decision-making.

1.2 Problem Statement
As per the analysis we executed, many issues usually came up. Firstly, customers need
to spend a lot of money to buy a high-quality product. Sometimes, the cost a customer paid for a
product was insufficient for the quality they received. Our product focuses on students and the
B40 community that’s why we offer affordable prices for customers.
In addition, the majority of outlets only provide ready-made designs, which is a big issue
because not all customers have the same standards and preferences. Some of them are
unfamiliar with the quality of materials, designs, and colors that work best for them.
Next issue is customers who often face challenges in accessing suitable prayer facilities.
This normally happens when they are going to travel. Not every country will provide prayer
facilities so with our product it is easy for them to pray wherever they go. To solve this problem,
our company created a Mini Prayer Mat and comfortable Prayer Outfit which include a lovely
porch with a variety of colors.
Lastly, the customer has a short period of time, and some buyers lack access to
transportation, so they cannot visit every store to select the item that best suits their needs and
preferences. This is an important issue for the intended customer as well.

Siti Khadijah apparel provides its customers with products of good and excellent quality.
The materials that they use are high-quality cotton, spun polyester, rayon, and silk with
the combination of luxurious laces sewn by professionals. By combining old and new
elements in its design alongside the use of cotton and high-quality materials, Siti
Khadijah aims to maintain the history and heritage values of the telekung. The result is
very comfortable, practical and beautiful.

2. Variety of choices.
Siti Khadijah manufactures a variety of telekung products. There are several types of
telekung in the SK collection such as harmony signature, classic signature, classic
cotton satin, and signature da'i. Siti Khadijah produces a variety of choices with
high-quality telekung for all ages of Muslim women.
Siti Khadijah's brands are well-known in Malaysia. More than 20 outlets, including one in
Jakarta, Indonesia, are part of SK's fast growth throughout Malaysia. The company had
now opened its first telekung outlet in London. Indonesia is the most well-known country
which helps SK’s in growing their businesses.
Siti Khadijah makes it easier for customers to purchase products online because of SK's
have own website, which avoids the need for customers to waste time and energy
traveling to their outlets to purchase SK products. Customers who make purchases
online are required to get special service from online shops.
1. Expensive price.
The product by Siti Khadijah sells is quite expensive, so some people with low incomes
might not be able to purchase it. Some customers will focus more on the price than the
product's quality, leading them to believe that the SK’s collection is pricey and luxurious.
While some customers might prefer on quality since it lasts longer than a cheaper
choice. The cost of Siti Khadijah's telekung collection might start from RM 150 for each
set of telekung.
Siti Khadijah not only sells telekung but other products. Men's shirts, hand socks, hijabs,
and jubbahs are some of SK's secondary products. Due to the low number of customers

that purchase the products, SK’s does not have an extreme market for this secondary
product. That is a strategy to avoid marketing a secondary product at a higher level.
Products made by Siti Khadijah are imitated by illegal entrepreneurs. The brand and
reputation of the business are destroyed. There are several fake SK’s items being sold in
Vietnam. Siti Khadijah's telekung's weakness is that it is simple for others to copy.
Because there is a high demand during some seasons, customers who intend to perform
the umrah or hajj will buy more telekung during Hari Raya. At that point, both supply and
demand for telekung will increase. Since SK’s also sells products for men and children
along with telekung, this will help increase in sales during specific seasons.
Opportunities for SK start growing when they are influenced by social media. Siti
Khadijah became famous when they started using Facebook. Through the online store
and social media channels, SK start advertises the telekung and SK becomes more
knowledgeable in their products.
As the number of Muslims in the world grows, SK has another opportunity to change its
products to meet the demands of customers of all ages and genders. As a result, the
number of Muslims using the SK telekung in Indonesia increases yearly. This means
how comfortable telekung SK's are when using it.

Threats of Siti Khadijah
The amount of newcomers is getting higher because the industry of telekung is only in a
small quantity. However, there are more newcomers to this product right now, and every
one of them is a competitor. As an example, the DuCK, which previously just produced
cosmetics, now makes the telekung as a new product.
There are other telekung companies besides Siti Khadijah that offer affordable prices
and high-quality telekung. Examples of competitors are Telekung TEA, Naelofar, DuCK,
Zaahara, Kareful and Ariani. This competitor offers a lower price compared to Siti
Khadijah products that make them the threat of Siti Khadijah.
Because of the copyright product, the illegality lawsuit may be Siti Khadijah's biggest
issue and threat. If a customer purchases the telekung more attentively, they will be able
to recognize between fake and original telekung. The biggest problem happens when an
illegal company offers at the lowest price.

As we can see, our competitor is Siti Khadijah. Siti Khadijah has a strong established
company that already has their own repeated customers. Everytime they come out with a new
design, they already have a customer that collects all their designs. Besides services, design is
also an important thing that we need to focus on. The materials of the prayer outfit is something
that customers will look at if they want to repeat the purchase. Even though there is a constant
need for telekung from consumers, the majority of telekung available in the market do not offer
enough facial comfort since various people have different sized faces and because telekung are
often made of inelastic material.
Furthermore, we are taking the opportunity to create a prayer outfit and prayer mat that
can be bought anywhere in just one pouch bag that can fit in a women's handbag. Muslim
women usually have a problem when it comes to praying. Sometimes, prayer outfits that are
already provided in prayer halls are not well taken care of. With this, mini prayer outfits and mini
prayer mats are designed to make women’s lives easier. Lastly, difficulties in finding suitable
spaces and proper attire for prayer, making the mini prayer mat and prayer outfit valuable

both groups in order for them to own useful products that will be used everyday. With this
affordable product price and also good value for money. As we mentioned, our product is
traveling friendly. Which is, designed in one pouch bag that can fit a prayer mat and prayer outfit
that can be brought everywhere. We designed this kind of thing to make women’s life easier.
Example, when we travel to non-muslim country. We cannot simply assume that they are
provided with a prayer outfit. With this product, you didn't have to bring a backpack just to put on
a prayer mat and prayer outfit. It just needs to fit in our handbag. Difficulties in finding suitable

The marketing strategy for our company usually includes this.
The channels that we use in our products are social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok,
Facebook, Telegram, YouTube and Twitter. We have a website for our store, so that customers
who wish to make an online purchase can go directly to the website. As an alternative to
websites, we also have ecommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Go, Shop, Lelong.my and
Zalora where customers can make purchases.
This is the second channel we choose. The premise or store started just for processing orders,
packaging and to distribute a new stock. As a result, this expectation only fulfills orders made by
online purchase. All inventory, including packers, boxes, and broken products will be kept in our
premise or store. Local customers can pick up their orders in-person from the premise or store.
The premise or store is open to walk-in customers as well. Customers that enter the store will be
given a special service that is only offered there, which is personal style service.

Besides that, we have found possible issues and areas for improvement using the
business model canvas. To stay relevant in a market that constantly evolves, we need to
recognize the importance for constant innovation in our designs. Additionally, it is crucial to
strengthen our advertising strategies in order to highlight our unique value proposition and
attract a wider audience. The canvas serves as a reminder that our journey has only just begun,
and the lessons it has taught us will direct us as we strive to improve our products and services,
strengthen our relationships with customers, and eventually survive in the market.
Lastly, we couldn't be more thrilled to start our new business as we are motivated by the
idea of creating our Mini Prayer Mats and Prayer Outfit to students and the B40 group. We are
eager to help make praying easier and more comfortable. We look forward to realizing our
