“Being surrounded by a stunning view, the relationship with the surroundings

permeated the development of an architecture that allows a 180-degree

panorama of the Ipanema landscape for each unit of the project.

The curves that embrace the building relate to the softness of time, the

passing of the clouds and the coming and going of the tides seen from the

balconies that protect the living and intimacy of the apartments.

In the foundation, as in the building, light colors and discrete textures

highlight the perforated panel with its back and forth movement,

culminating in the waterfall that protects the entrance. Amid this context

and the green landscaping, access to the building becomes an encounter

with nature and its sensations.”

Janeiro. I had the privilege of being able to sign all the interior design for this amazing

development. From the beginning, it was clear that the goal was to create a space that

offered a welcoming and elegant environment, but with a very striking and sophisticated

design. The minimalist and contemporary aesthetic creates a sense of spaciousness,

with clean lines and a neutral color palette that conveys calm and elegance. The choice

of natural materials, such as wood, plays a key role in creating a warm and inviting

atmosphere.
