1. GEA-2 TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES (Date of Filing of Request for Reconsideration)

Clarification on GEA-2 Timeline of Activities:

The GEA-BEAC shall notify the potential Suppliers who failed to comply with the
registration requirements, and the latter may file a Request for Reconsideration of
their disqualification until 29 May 2023 (Monday), 5:00 PM.

This Bid Bulletin forms part of the GEA-2’s Terms of Reference (TOR). All other terms
and conditions in the TOR that are not contrary to or are not otherwise amended or
modified by this Bid Bulletin, shall remain valid and effective.
