EMBARKATION PROTOCOLS

PRE-EMBARKATION
 All guests above 18 years need to have a double vaccination certificate mandatorily.
 All guests between 12 -18 years need to have a negative RT-PCR report or a double
vaccination certificate.
 All guests below 12 years will be exempted from the RT-PCR reports.
 Negative RT-PCR test reports with a valid bar code and generated by ICMR will be
accepted when you travel.
 Check-in should not allow more guests than the number of beds available in the cabin
 Infants below six (6) months will not be allowed to travel.
 Pregnant women are only allowed to sail if pregnant for 24 completed weeks or less at
time of cruise disembarkation.
 In addition to the Meal Preferences (Veg/Non-Veg/Jain) we should also add if they have
any dietary requirements (Allergy to nuts, Lactose free etc.).
 The guests should be allowed to book beverage packages, birthday cake, tours etc. here.
 Health Declaration form to be filled online during booking process.

ONLINE CHECK-IN
 It is mandatory for all our guests to check-in online.
 Post online check-in, guests will receive a designated time to report to the cruise
terminal for security check, and embarkation protocols.
 Post checking in online, guests will receive their cruise boarding pass
 All guests must fill in a pre-travel health questionnaire online.
 It is mandatory for every guest to download the Aarogya Setu Application and update
their health status on the same before travelling, failing which entry will be denied at
Green Gate.
 Children below 14 years of age can be allowed entry if their parents have Aarogya Setu
 App installed on their phones.

ARRIVAL AT THE GREEN GATE


 Guests are expected to arrive at the cruise terminal as per the designated time
 Temperature and health checks will be conducted at various stages of the embarkation.
 If the health condition has changed since the last report, then they should update it on a
new form available at the green gate. If any health issues reported, then the Ground
Handling Agents will issue a letter and deny boarding.
 Before entering Green Gate all guests should sanitize their hands and thermal screening
for body temperature using non-touch equipment will be done by the ground handling
team. Any cases with High temperature (100.4°F and above) is reported to the Ground
Handling Staff who will issue a letter and deny boarding.
 Cruise Terminals have been upgraded with advanced technology at the security check to
reduce contamination risks.
 Luggage will be treated and sanitized at designated areas.
 Terminals have been powered with airport style entry, exit and luggage management.
 The above documents have to be verified by the CISF. Once all documents checked correctly
then the guest can proceed towards the Shuttle Bus.

TRANSFERS FROM THE GATE TO THE TERMINAL


 Additional buses to be operational for transfers from the gate to the terminal
 Buses will be sanitized after every trip.
 Bus drivers will be wearing safety gears.
 Wearing Face Masks and Social distancing protocols are to be strictly followed once the
guests arrive at the terminal

CRUISE TERMINAL
 All guests while entering through the Terminal gate should have the below documents
ready in hand for checking. i. Boarding Pass ii. Aadhar Card OR Passport
 Aarogya Setu App should be downloaded
 Wearing Face Masks and Social distancing protocols are to be strictly followed once the
guests arrive the terminal
 Additional waiting areas and lounges will be provided for seating.
 Multiple sanitization booths to be set up for sanitization.
 Thermal cameras will be installed at the terminal for temperature checks.
 Digitals screens will be installed across the terminal for information broadcasting.
 Check-in to commence only once all passengers have disembarked the ship and the ship
is ready to receive passengers.
 The Passengers will be brought in batches from the Arrival Lounge by the ground staff.
 Once the guests arrive at the Check-in counters the staff at the counter will scan the
Bar-code on the Boarding pass through the Plexiglas compartment to display all the
information in the system.
 The Check-in Staff will then click the Guests photograph (Mask must be removed for
photo) and verify the information in our system with the physical documents (Aadhar
Card / Passport).
 The Check-in staff will collect the Health Questionnaire and copy of RT PCR –ve report if
in future any questions arise.
 The Guests have to deposit money by Credit/Debit cards onto their onboard account.
 Once all the above process is carried out the check-in staff will hand over the cruise card
to the guests.

Security Check Terminal


During the Security check the Guest Luggage and the Guests will be scanned. Any prohibited
items will be removed from the bags and handed over to the Ships Security. See below list of
prohibited items:

 Firearms & Ammunition, including realistic replicas.


 Sharp Objects, including all knives and scissors. (Note: Personal grooming items such as
safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length less than 4 inches are allowed.)
 Illegal Drugs & Substances
 CBD Oil / CBD Products (CANNABIDIOL)
 Candles, Incense, Coffee Makers, Clothes Irons, Travel Steamers, Hair Straighteners,
Curling Irons & Hot Plates. (Items that generate heat or produce an open flame. This
includes heating pads, clothing irons,
hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard.
 Matches and normal lighteners are allowed on-board. However, "torch lighters" and
novelty lighters that look like guns are not allowed on-board. Torch lighters emit a
powerful concentrated flame, and therefore are prohibited.
 Hover boards
 Martial Arts, Self Defense, and Sports Gear, including handcuffs, pepper spray, night
sticks.
 Flammable Liquids and Explosives, including lighter fluid and fireworks.
 Hookahs & Water Hookah Pipes.
 HAM Radios
 Baby Monitors
 Electrical Extension Cords
 Dangerous Chemicals, including bleach and paint.
 Perishable Food & Meat Products
 Alcoholic Beverages
 Drones
The ground staff will then guide the guests to the Ships Gangway. (Taking into consideration that the
Ship is docked just outside the terminal) or to the shuttle bus if the ship is docked far away from the
terminal.

EMBARKATION
 All guests to follow Ship Protocols as directed by Ship Crew with regards to Sanitization,
Wash Hands.
 Wearing Face Masks and Social distancing protocols are to be strictly followed during
the embarkations
 Boarding will commence in batches to maintain social distancing.
 All staterooms will be sanitized before check-in.
 Self-scan cruise cards will ensure a complete contactless embarkation process.
 Multiple check-in zones will ensure social distancing.
 The ship will be completely sanitized before the commencement of boarding.
 Cruise card activation for all onboard purchases.
