1. Currently, Bulk loads are performed in MCCPs using Mid cycle adjustments after creating
vitalize tickets and using the Bulk upload option at the MC Cycle Plan level if there are
ajustments are for less territories which can be done by CMO's.
2. With this automation the CMO's will now have the ability to create the Bulk Ajustments for
multiple Territories at the sames time and upload the files directly to Interact which will be
processed by the Integration team thorugh the automation process currently implemented.
3. This will reduce the ticket counts that we receive for the Mid Cycle Ajustment loading, Also,
this will redure the burden on CMO's and they can upload the Ajustmens for multiple
territories at the Definiion level instead of going to each Cycle Plan and uploading the
adjustment data.
With the world facing the COVID-19 Global crisis and the Reps not being able to reach out to
the Doctors the Remote Engage Module was intorduced.This enabled the reps to change the
way of connecting to the Doctors virtually via Remote Engage Meetings and the Doctors also
prefer to interact virtually using Remote Interaction instead of having a Face-to-Face
connect.But these interaction were not getting recorded for the reps evalulations in the
MCCP's as there was no channel to record the rep attainments for the Remote Interaction in
the MCCP'
There were only 4 channels of recording rep attainments earlier in MCCP module. So, now we
have introduced a new channel i.e. "Remote Engage" to track the Remote Engage Interaction
performed by the Sales Reps which will now be captured in their MCCP's to track their
attainments.
1. Enabled TM2.0, since TM1.0 will be retired for all Veeva CRM systems by Salesforce from
Summer 2021. We did the transition as part of the same.
2. There is now only one Territory Type for the entire organization and one Territory Model
which consists of the Territory Hierarchy.
3. There was a limit earlier for Account alignment as it was being done via Account Territory
Loader - ATL(107 territories per customer). But now the alignments are directly loaded to the
Object Territory Association Object, which was newly created as part of TM2.0 and hence
there is no limit to the number of territories a User can be aligned to.

1. Users can now send emails regarding any communication without having to meet the HCPs,
through the Approved Email functionality.
2. This option is also very feasible for the HCP since they can now get valuable information
about BMS products through mail.
3. Tickets will be reduced since User won't have to submitting interactions as they are just
sending an email and will be able to manage the Approved Email Functionality module by
themselves.

3. Reps can also schedule the remote meeting with multiple HCPs at the same time by sending
the Remote Meeting invite to different HCPs to attend the meeting
Due to current pandemic situation, sales reps are not able to visit HCPs and offer samples.
With this demand, users can sample through existing remote engage functionality and capture
image of HCP’s signature on sample request.
This feature enables a rep driven remote sampling ordering process to allow for prescribers to
order samples and have them shipped directly to their physical locations.
It helps in increasing sales and prescriptions of BMS Products as HCPs can start their patients
on samples of Orencia.
Also ensures safety of both reps and HCPs during the pandemic by limiting direct face to face
interactions.
Initially Interaction subtype field was available to users while recording interactions which is
now replaced with Interaction Channel field on all page layouts in order to standardize
Interaction channel values across BUs. This helps in uniform and easy harmonized user
experience across BUs and drives integration activity through hCLG and core BMS.
New Non CLM Key messages are created for the Sales users which can be added while
recording any interactions with customers.
MCCP MyInsights MyInsights functionality offers visual dashboards to drive the MCCP process
for CV BU in the US. MyInsights helps increase field efficiency by delivering clear visualization
to support cycle planning in one place. It is also useful for optimizing decision making in call
planning and execution by visually presenting the data to the field and assisting them to make
the correct decision on how to communicate with the HCPs.
Self Assist module has automated the entire process by allowing users to unlock the calls
themselves thus removing the time involved in raising tickets and waiting for calls to be
unlocked by admins. Now the reps can modify the interactions by unlocking them instantly.
This module is designed in a way to cater all the legal and compliance needs across globe. So,
an approval process is also created for interactions which require manager's approval before
getting unlocked.
Automated process to flow MedComms documents from hBMS Vault to Elsevier portal which
will leads to better patient outcomes by providing clear, scientifically accurate data to
healthcare professionals.
Connector uses vault loader functionality that drastically reduces the consumption of API.
With the integration with vault loader functionality we are saving around 700 API counts on
daily basis.
The connector has been designed to transfer the documents having an average size of 2 mb
and max size of 2GB.
Post go live the connector is expected to transfer around 750 documents each day.
Automated process to flow MedComms documents from hBMS Vault to hCELG Vault.
In the event of a failure while transferring the documents, an automated email notification is
sent to the support team.
The connector can create upto 500 new documents and update metadata for upto 1000
documents in a single batch.
The Connector has processed more than 900 documents post go-live.
Connector also sends automated email notifications to support team in case of exceeding of
API Limit/Burst Limit.
CRM Consolidation project is aimed to ensure BMS/Celgene users operate as "One Integrated
Company" for CRM and Celgene users once onboarded are able to use InterAct (BMS CRM
System) effectively.
Expected Documents represent required documents in a study’s TMF. Each Expected
Document will align to a single Document Classification. An Expected Document List (EDL) is a
collection of Expected Documents.
Using Expected Documents and EDLs will result in a more complete TMF. It allows users to set
lists for documents that need to be uploaded. Additionally, users can report on TMF
completeness within a study or across studies. Expected Documents can be updated for
requiredness and number of Expected documents within eTMF. The EDL and milestone
functionality will replace the current placeholder functionality that has proven difficult to
maintain and report TMF completeness.
Each EDL is associated with a Milestone within eTMF. Milestones specify the key intervals at
the study, study country, and study site levels. Milestones also help measure TMF
completeness as they can represent either a length of time a series of tasks are completed or
specific point in time at which multiple tasks are completed.
Release automated document retract feature with SIP based on Eclipse site status. Release
new added permission to contractors, cTBP/eTMF users by introducing hybrid roles. eTMF-SIP
integration were configured to exchange 6 new classifications.
Binder restriction and new document deletion workflow was introduced.
Verity Vault can aggregate Identification of Medicinal Products (IDMP) data , offering a simple
way to compile product data before submitting it to the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
Vault uses a series of algorithms to compile existing submission data in our RIM Registrations
into the IDMP object structure.
RIM vault now include all IDMP objects and the IDMP aggregation algorithm automatically.
