Having an anxiety could be damaging in terms of having a good and normal life. Notwithstanding the fact that it is a
widespread issue among modern citizens, there are strategies / solutions suggested to curb with anxiety. Provide the
most suitable ways to deal with anxiety.

Childhood is an unforgettable memory for all of us. Each of individual has their own distinct and colourful memory
because we all live different lives. Write a memoir / diary that discusses your best childhood memories.
