    This letter request for extension of my duty from May 8 to May 15, 2023 to cover may
    duty for the month of June 2023 and still the referral and management as a Internal
    Medicine will be under my supervision as medical specialist referred by resident on
    duty. Personal and health status is the reason. Thank you for understanding and hope
