Branch in Imus
Cavite

For Mang Inasal's branch growth to go as smoothly as possible, the timetable

shown in the figure must be carefully planned out for the project to stay on schedule.

In the first month, the researchers will have a comprehensive discussion with the

Management, and then they will analyze business reports and identify and provide

possible actions to the Problems, including the advantage and disadvantages of each

course of action. After all of this, they create a Business Proposal to be presented to the

management to resolve their problem. After that, they will execute the project based on

the established business plan, combining the different courses of action that may

benefit the companies. In the second month, they will also process the business

requirements and start the new branch construction, which will last for two months.

Furthermore, while constructing the Mang Inasal branch in Imus, Cavite, they will hire

and train the employees for a faster business opening. Lastly, in the fourth month, they

will open the branch in the Imus, Cavite, to increase the product flow rate in the supply

chain and increase profit without reducing the expenses.
