1. Scope of Work

This document describes the scope of work that will be covered as a part of proposal from NETS
to Advaita Group. The scope of work includes all the services that will be part of NETS
responsibilities. Below are points covered in SOW.

1. Complete deployment of Microsoft NPS RADIUS server.


2. Integration of NPS server existing Active Directory server.
3. Configuration of remote access VPN on Meraki firewall for four different sites (Dubai,
Almaty, Hong Kong and London).
4. MAC based access control on corporate SSID. Users with their MAC address added in
whitelist on Meraki Database will get access on the Wi-Fi. Client will click on SSID and if
MAC address in whitelisted only then it will be able to connect otherwise it will be rejected.
5. Integration of Meraki Guest SSID with V-App service. This will generate the QR code for
Guest SSID. Clients will be able to connect on Guest SSID after scanning the QR code. Client
will be redirected to company page after successful authentication. QR code will be
regenrated automatically after 24 hours. Clients need to rescan the QR to get connectivity on
next day.
6. For Kazakhstan offices we need to create 3 different SSIDs. One for Corporate Windows
laptops. That will be MAC based authentication as well. There will be group policy that will
allow only Windows devices. If a user connects it will only be able to connect if it is a
Windows Laptop and its MAC is added in the whitelist.
7. Second SSID for Kazakhstan will be for BYOD devices. Customer need to rename the
devices on Meraki dashboard for respective MAC addresses. This will also be a MAC based
authentication. Whitelisted devices will have access to the internet.
8. Third SSID will be same like other locations. QR code will be generated for Guest SSID.
That will be automatically renew atfer 24 hours and clients need to rescan the QR code.

2. Out Of Scope

There are below points that will not be under NETS scope of work. The details are mentioned as
below,

1. Any passive work or materail delivery will not be NETS scope.


2. Integration of Meraki with any third party services other than mentioned above will not be
NETS scope.

3. Customer’s Responsibilities

There are below points that will be under customer responsibility. The details are mentioned as
below.

1. Active directory will be ready by customer.


2. To make sure that all the required licenses are available for VPN users.
3. In case any certificate need to be signed by CA that will be under customer responsibility.
