Summary of land registration
• The action taken by the city administration
• Use latest system to register the entire land in the city
• It used more than 270 human resources
• Provide adequate training on land registration and management
• It used the recent or latest satellite observation
• It deploy 22 people in each sub city with two team leaders
• Each expertise revived or given tablet with QGIS and ARCGIC
• All necessary support was given by concerned body
• Now all sub city finalized the jobs
• The remaining jobs is margining with Existed Cadaster and other verification
job that will be finalized soon

• Summary of the land registration
• More than 500 thousand registration has been done at city level
• It covered 70 percent of the city administration
• 7 percent of our city land was taken by lize and 22 percent by rent(Kira)
• 29 percent of the land taken by different methods like Dhela, Kena and
Remadi
• The remain 42 percent of the lan not known hot it was taken or owned
• There is big variation of means of land ownership in the sub city
• At city level only 6 percent of the registered land have karta
• The 53 percent of the land was taken with our any documents
