使用时先插 usb，再插电源。拔掉的时候是先拔电源后拔 usb
顺序别弄反，电脑关机相当于拔了 usb
因为控制芯片是 usb 供电，电机和激光是 12V 电源供电，
激光有电而控制芯片没电时激光会失去控制，有一定几率会烧掉激光

激光发热严重，不能连续工作太长时间，不同的文件和设置发热情况不同，
一般雕刻可以连续工作 60 分钟，切割可以连续工作 10 分钟，
发热严重应该暂停休息。激光发热严重还继续工作容易坏
can not continuously work too long time,

driver installation 驱动安装
1.安装 C++库
1.Instal C++ libra

2.安装 USB 驱动
2.installation for the USB Drive

安装完成后，插上 usb，在我的电脑-属性-设备管理器-端口，能看到 prolific usb-to-serial(comxx)

After installing,Plug in USB,
Right-click My Computer and choose Propertie,-Device Manager -port,can see “prolific usb-to-serial(comxx)”

3.安装 net 2.0(只有 XP 系统需要安装)

Acan laser engrave.exe 需要鼠标右键-管理员身份运行，不然可能会出一些莫名的错误

Acan laser engrave.exe need Run as Administrator , Right click， select “Run as Administrator”
control software 控制软件
(①)image engrave 是图片雕刻软件，打开图片进行雕刻。 属于点阵打印，激光头左右摆动，每次雕刻出一系列点组成的
一条线，然后激光头同时上下移动雕刻出多条线，最后构成整版的图象或文字。
image engrave Is a picture engrave software, open the picture to engrave ,dot matrix printer,Laser head move around ,A line of points
the last full page image or text.

机器连接成功后，才能操作机器， 绿色表示已经连接成功，红色表示未连接
With a successful connection to the machine, we can can work the machine
Green is connected successfully, red is not connected

开始雕刻 暂停雕刻 停止雕刻

Start engraving , Pause engraving ,stop engraving

Open：click Browse to open a picture

打开图片:选择一张图片打开
如果勾选 new ，会只打开一张图片，不勾选可以添加多张图片
If check new, will only open a picture, don't check can add more pictures

打开成功后 After successful loading image

按住鼠标左键可以移动图片 Press and hold the left mouse button to move the picture

Save the picture 保存图片

删除图片 Delete picture

勾选‘All’ 删除所有图片，不勾选删除当前选中图片，键盘 del 键也可以删除图片
Check’All’ delete all pictures, do not check to delete the current selected pictures，
Keyboard del key can also delete the picture
合并图片，黄色数字显示图片数量
Combined pictures, yellow numbers show the number of pictures

旋转 rotate

缩放 zoom

翻转 Flip
把灰色改成黑色
Change the gray to black

把灰色改成白色

添加文字 Add text

点 apply 添加但不关闭窗口，可以继续添加，点 ok 添加并关闭窗口

鼠标双击文字可以编辑 Double click to edit text

定位点（红线交叉的地方）
Location point:(Two red lines crisscross)
勾选“Auto”，图片有变化自动变化定位点

手动控制 manual control

上下左右移动 move the laser top to bottom and move around

键盘上下左右键也可以移动 Keyboard can also move
关闭激光，弱光...强光
Close laser ，Weak light...intense

扫描方式:(一般使用最短路径)(这个参数只能在雕刻前修改)
普通:从左到右,然后回到左边,再从左到右
Z 字形:从左到右,然后从右到左.
最短路径:按最短的顺序雕刻.
Scanning mode:(general use shortest path) (This parameter can only be modified before carving)
General: (row scanning)from left to right, then back to the left, from left to right
Z-shaped(z-style scannin): from left to right, then right to left.
The shortest path: according to the order of carving the shortest.

速度是雕刻时移动的速度，速度调太快的话会降低精度(这个参数只能在雕刻前修改)
The rate of When engraving , speed is too fast will reduce the accuracy (This parameter can only be modified before carving)
烧刻时间:每个像素点激光照射的时间 单位毫秒，不同功率和不同材质需要设置不同的时间（一般不会超过 50）
(这个参数雕刻过程中可以随时修改，立刻会生效)
Burn time:Unit millisecond，The time per pixel laser irradiation

一般用以下参数 强度 100%
不锈钢 15-20 纸箱皮 1 软木 1-2 硬木 2-4 竹子 1-2 深色塑料 1-2 浅色塑料 1-2

激光强度:(这个参数雕刻过程中可以随时修改，立刻会生效)
雕刻时激光的最大功率,100%是最大，0 是最小,一般使用 100%最大

稳定延时:(这个参数只能在雕刻前修改)
有振动,需要些延时稳定后才开激光,一般设置成 50

分辨率是是每英寸长的点数（254DPI 就是 10 个像素=1 毫米）

分辨率越高越精细,时间也要更久.一般用 339DPI
图片一样的情况下分辨率越小尺寸越大

（②）gcode cut 是矢量切割软件，打开 gcode 文件进行切割， 与图片雕刻不同，矢量切割是沿着廓线上进行。我们通常
使用此模式在木材、纸张等材料上进行穿透切割
gcode cut is a vector cutting software, open the gcode file to be cut, and the picture is different from the
engraving, vector cutting is along the contour line. We usually use this mode to cut through the wood, paper

打开:选择 gcode 文件打开

gcode 是后缀名.cnc .nc 的文件，
把矢量文件转换成 gcode，软件可以用 artcam2008 、artcam pro8.1 、 inkscape 等等

切割速度： 指的是激光切割时移动的速度，用（毫米\秒）表示。这个速度也用于控制切割的深度，对于特定的激光强度，
速度越慢，切割深度就越大，速度调太快的话会降低精度。

激光强度：指射到于材料表面激光的强度。对于特定的切割速度，强度越大，切割的深度就越大。

定位速度：定位时的移动速度， 速度调太快的话会降低精度

对焦 Focusing

在反光，透明，耐高温 ，跟激光颜色相近的色(蓝) 的材质上 很难雕刻
但如果在材料表面涂上暗色的颜料 就很容易雕刻了
用水性的黑笔涂黑，帮助吸收激光的热能，刻完后再擦掉(纸巾一擦就干净)
In reflective, transparent, high temperature resistance,

it is easy to engraving.Use the water-based marker pen to blacken,
finish engraving then erase （Paper towel wipe clean）

安装 install

安装完 inkscape，然后把“gcode 插件”文件夹下所有文件复制到安装目录 inkscape/share/extensions 目录下

Installation completed, Copy “gcode 插 件 ”all files to the installation directory under the
inkscape/share/extensions directory

打开软件，导入支持的矢量文件 Open the software, import the support vector file

或者直接利用工具栏的工具画 Or directly use the toolbar tools to draw
也可以把位图转换成矢量图

common problem 常见问题:
1：雕刻不出痕迹 No trace of engraving
①激光头的焦点不对。
激光照在不同的高度的物体上，焦点的大小不同，要能正常雕刻，必须将焦点最小
①The focus of the laser head is not good.
Laser irradiation at different heights on the object, the focus of different sizes, to normal engraving
, must be the minimum focus

②被刻物体不合适雕刻
由于我们的使用的激光头功率较小，很多耐燃的，透明的，导热强的材质是不能雕刻的
②Carved objects are not suitable for engraving
Due to our use of the laser head power is small, a lot of flame retardant, transparent, thermal conductivity
of the material is not engraving

③激光头烧坏了
高温环境下激光容易坏，不能连续工作太长时间
③The laser head is burnt out
Under the environment of high temperature laser is easy to be bad, couldn't work for too long time

2：软件无法连接上雕刻机。
USB 驱动没安装
插上 USB ，“我的电脑”-“属性”，“设备管理器”
看到“端口”有 prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port(comXX)才代表驱动安装正常
2: the software can not connect the engraving machine.
The USB driver not installed
Plug in USB, "my computer" - "properties", "device manager"

3：软件无法打开
①使用 右键-管理员身份运行
②如果是 XP 系统需要安装 net3.5
