It is to submit that Dr. Chikkam. Surya Narayana Murty

is used to run nursing home in door no.8-2-39/1, Machiraju
Street, revenue ward no.10 of Amalapuram municipality.
Assessment No.1059000142, of which property tax for the
financial year 2023-24 was pai online on 15-04-2023.
As Dr. Chikkam. Surya Narayana Murty passed away on 16-
02-2023, now the nursing home is not being run. As a legal
heiress to Dr. Chikkam. Surya Narayana Murty, I (Smt.Chikkam.
Vijaya Laxmi, W/o. Dr. Chikkam. Surya Narayana Murty) request
your good authority to consider conversion of this nursing home
from non residential to residential category, as of now the said
nursing home is not running and being used for residential
purpose.
